Please ring the
surgery to book your seasonal flu
jab if you are eligible.
It is recommended
that you have a flu jab if you:
- are 65 years
old or over
- are pregnant
- have a
serious medical condition

Online Services
Patients can now request to book
appointments and order repeat
prescriptions online. You will
however need to register with the
Practice in the first instance.

New ‘fit note’ - to help you back to work after illness
A new ‘fit note’ is going to be introduced in place of the doctor’s sick note on 6th April 2010 if Parliament approves the changes. With your employer's support, the note will help you return to work sooner by providing more information about the effects of your illness or injury.
