ONLINE DOCTORS' APPOINTMENTS and REPEAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS

Patients can now request to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online. You will however need to register with the Practice in the first instance.

Please note: Before you are able to use this service you must first have access to your personal registration information.

OBTAINING YOUR REGISTRATION INFORMATION

If you are interested in registering for this service please complete our Emis Access forms which you can download here and return them to the surgery. 

You will receive your registration details then follow the simple instructions below.

FIRST TIME USE OF EMIS ONLINE

1. Click on www.emisaccess.co.uk/signup and follow the log-on instructions
    
2. You will be asked to create an account
    
3. You will be prompted for your personal login details, which will be on your registration letter, previously obtained from the surgery
    
4. You can then register and use our online services.
